At JHawk AI Solutions, we provide professional consulting, training, and digital services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Consulting & Services
Payments for consulting sessions, audits, workshops, and training services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the engagement has begun.
If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated based on availability.
Digital Products & Materials
All digital products, resources, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellations
If JHawk AI Solutions must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit toward future services.
